Shipping and Delivery
We will pack, ship, and deliver products purchased on the Site using shipment methods selected during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information if available. We make reasonable efforts to deliver items according to our estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur during periods of high order volume. You agree not to hold Michael By Michael Shannon® liable for any damages related to shipping, including loss, theft, weather delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Certain products may be required to ship by ground transportation only due to shipping carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods at our discretion as needed to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return most unused, unopened products in new condition within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Shoes should be returned with box and shoe bags. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of gift cards, personalized items, or international orders due to customs regulations.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend insuring your return shipment in case of loss or damage in transit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5-7 business days after receipt of the return. We will notify you by email when your refund is processed.
Exchanges will be rushed for faster delivery. If your desired replacement item is unavailable at the time of exchange, we will suggest similar alternatives or issue a refund. Only standard shipping fees over the amount for regular ground shipping will be refunded; expedited shipping fees will not be refunded.
You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes that may be owed upon international returns or exchanges. Please note import duties are non-refundable through Michael By Michael Shannon®. You may pursue reimbursement of import duties through your local customs office.
Termination
